Update - American Express have started to reprocess the missing transaction files. You will start to see transactions from the 20th October starting to flow into SNAP.
Once we have confirmation that the resend is complete further updates will then be provided.

Update - Amex have identified the issue on their side for US vPayment accounts - they are now working on resolving this and to then resend all missing transaction data.

Update - Missing transaction files are expected to be fully delivered by 18th October by Amex file delivery teams, Conferma Pay are monitoring and will provide further updates.

Identified - Please be advised that there is currently an issue with the delivery of Transaction files from Amex vBTA.

As a result of the Amex outage it has been identified that Transaction files between 22 Sep – 30 Sep failed to be delivered to Conferma Pay. This means that clients may experience missing transactions during this period. This has been escalated to Amex and they are currently working on a urgent solution.

Monitoring - Following recent Government announcements and our own planning sessions, I would like to update you on some of the key decisions we have made to help us navigate through these difficult and uncertain times.
Our overarching objective is to look after the health and wellbeing of our people whilst ensuring the business remains strong and resilient. We will be reviewing our position on a regular basis and making decisions according to Government advice and business conditions.

We have put in place systems and procedures that allow all relevant staff to be able to work remotely to ensure that resources are always available to support our customers.

During these unprecedented times, we are introducing a change freeze similar to the one we normally operate over the Christmas period, with any critical work required being reviewed on an individual basis.


During this time all tickets should be raised via the ticketing system, which is fully managed and monitored by our service desk team. Until further notice Conferma Pay will not be receiving telephone calls as a way of logging a ticket. In the event you experience issues or have queries, please raise a support ticket via the Zen Desk ticket platform at https://help.conferma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Our SLA’s will remain unchanged; all tickets will be dealt with and actioned as per contractually agreed.
