Corrective actions have been implemented and, following an extended period of monitoring, file transfers are operating normally with no further issues observed.
Customers who experienced transfer failures during the incident window should retry any previously unsuccessful submissions. If issues persist, please contact Conferma Support.

We have implemented corrective actions for an issue affecting inbound file transfers to ftps.conferma.com and are currently monitoring the service.
Customers who experienced FTPS transfer failures since the early hours of 16 October 2026 are advised to retry any unsuccessful file submissions.
